Title: Merry Cheese Ball

26 | oz | Cheese, Gouda |
4 1/2 | oz | Deviled ham |
1/4 | c | Onion; grated |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
Cut top off cheese. Scoop out cheese, leaving a 1/4" shell. Cut top edge of cheese shell in scallops. Shred scooped out cheese. combine cheese, deviled ham, onion, and sour cream and mix well. Fill shell with cheese spread. Chill until serving time. Serve with crackers, potato chips. or rye bread.
