Title: Snowman Cheese Ball

16 | oz | Cream cheese |
2 | c | Cheese, Roquefort; crumbled |
2 | tb | Onion; grated |
1 1/2 | ts | Mustard, prepared |
1 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
1/8 | ts | Cayenne pepper |
4 | Olives, pimiento-stuffed | |
1 | Pimiento strip | |
1 | tb | Raisins, seedless |
Mix cheeses, onion, mustard, Worcestershire, and cayenne pepper until smooth. Cover and chill 30 minutes or until firm enough to shape. Shape into 3 balls using 1-1/2 cups for first, 1 cup for second, and 1/2 cup for third. Arrange one on another to form a snowman. Slice pimiento olives for eyes and nose; use pimiento strips for mouth and olive slices for buttons. Put raisins on toothpicks and insert as arms. Cut hat from cardboard and cover with foil.
Mixture may be shaped into a single ball and dusted with paprika or rolled in ground pecans.
