Title: Corn Beef Surprises

1cInstant mashed potato buds
2/3cWater; boiling
2tbOnion, instant minced
2tsHorseradish, prepared
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
9ozCorn beef spread
40 Cheddar cheese cubes; 1/2"
1 Egg; slightly beaten
  Breadcrumbs
  Oil, salad

Combine potato buds, boiling water, instant onion, horseradish, salt, and pepper; add corn beef spread, and mix thoroughly. Roll about 2 teaspoons of corn beef mixture around a cheese cube to form a ball.

Dip balls in egg, and roll them in breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
