Title: Seven Layer Line-Up

Yield: 16 Servings
| BEAN LAYER | ||
| 16 | oz | Refried beans |
| 1/4 | c | Sour cream |
| 1 | tb | Taco seasoning |
| REMAINING LAYERS | ||
| 1 | c | Cheese, shredded |
| 2 1/4 | oz | Ripe olives, sliced |
| 1 | Tomatoes; chopped | |
| 1 | c | Guacamole |
| 1 | c | Sour cream |
| CHIPS | ||
| 24 | oz | Tortilla chips |
Use Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese. Drain olives. Chop tomato.
Mix together bean layer ingredients and spread over bottom of 10" glass pie plate. Layer remaining ingredients in the order listed. Serve with tortilla chips.
Sylvia's comments: I added the sour cream and taco seasoning to what had been plain beans because I liked it in another recipe. This is a FAST something-to-take-to-a-party. It's too much to fit in a pie place, I used a glass casserole and it was almost too much for that. I wasn't wild about the combination of flavors, though. Maybe this is something I only like when someone else makes it. ;)
