4 | sl | Bacon |
6 | | Eggs, hard boiled |
4 | tb | Mayonnaise |
1/2 | ts | Onion, grated |
1 | ts | Mustard, prepared |
1 | ts | Parsley, chopped |
2 | ts | Green peppers, chopped |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | White pepper |
| | Grated cheese |
| | Shredded lettuce |
Cook and mince bacon. Shell and dice eggs. Combine bacon and eggs, add
all ingredients except cheese and lettuce. Form mixture into balls or egg
shapes and roll first in Mayonnaise then grated cheese. Chill and serve on
