Title: Brie in Puff Pastry with White Grape Cream Sauce

2 | | 4 1/2 oz rounds brie cheese |
1/2 | x | 17 1/4 oz pkg frozen puff |
| | Pastry thawed |
1 | | Beaten egg |
2 | c | Whipping cream |
1 | c | White grape juice |
| | Raspberry puree |
Halve brie rounds to make 4 half circles and set aside. On lightly floured
surface roll pastry to 12 inch square. Cut into 4 inch squares. Place 1
brie off centre on each square. Fold over pastry to make triangle. Seal
edges and trim with pastry wheel. Brush with egg. Transfer to 15x10x1 inch
pan. Bake uncovered at 375 for 16 to 20 minutes or until golden. Meanwhile
in medium saucepan combine whipping cream and white grape juice. Bring to
boiling and reduce heat and boil gently uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until
reduced to 1 1/3 cups. Divide sauce evenly among 4 plates. Garnish with
raspberry Puree. Place baked Brie on top of sauce. Garnish with grapes and
sectioned oranges and mint leaves if desired. Makes 4 servings
