16	oz	Cream Cheese
10	oz	Sharp Cheddar cheese spread
5	oz	Blue cheese spread
3	tb	Wine vinegar
1	ds	Garlic salt
1	c	Chopped nuts

Allow cheeses to soften at room temperature. Combine with remaining ingredients except nuts. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate about 30 minutes. Shape into ball, roll in nuts. Serve as a spread for crackers. Makes 1 quart.
