Title: Salmon Party Ball

Yield: 20 Servings
1 | lb | Can red salmon, drained |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
8 | oz | Cream cheese |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Horseradish |
2 | ts | Grated onion |
1/4 | ts | Liquid smoke |
1/2 | c | Chopped pecans (optional) |
3 | tb | Chopped parsley |
Remove skin and bones from salmon and flake. Combine all but last two ingredients. Chill after molding into desired shape. Before serving, roll in nuts and/or parsley.
