1 1/2 | lb | Shrimp, peeled cooked ground |
8 | oz | Cream cheese |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Black pepper |
1 | tb | Grated onion & juice |
1 | ts | Garlic salt |
1 | ts | Worcestershire |
3 | tb | Mayonnaise |
| | Olives, parsley, shrimp |
Combine all ingredients and mix. Garnish with parsley, olives, or whole
shrimp. Serve as a canape, letting each guest spread his own on Ritz
crackers or Wheat Thins. May be doubled or halved. Will keep in
refrigerator for a week and freezes well. Serves 20 to 30 people.
