1	lb	Sausage
1	c	Sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
2	c	Sweet potatoes, mashed

Recipe by: The Sweet Potato Cookbook! Combine all ingredients well. Roll into balls and place on greased sheet pan. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes, until brown.
