1/4 | c | Cucumber; chopped |
3 | oz | Cream cheese; softened |
2 | tb | Lemon juice; fresh squeezed |
ds | Paprika; or cayenne pepper | |
ds | Salt | |
Bread, white; firm | ||
Olives, stuffed; sliced |
Blend cucumber, cream cheese, and lemon juice in blender. Add paprika (or cayenne pepper) and salt. Cut bread into triangles or rounds; spread with mixture. Garnish with olive slices.
