Title: Sausage Biscuits

2 | c | Bisquick |
8 | oz | Sharp Cheddar, grated |
1 | lb | Hot bulk sausage |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Break sausage into small pieces. Mix with Bisquick and cheese (hands is easiest). Form into small balls, the size of a quarter, and flatten slightly. Bake about 10 minutes.
This is a good do-ahead recipe as it can be frozen in a mass or after balls have been formed. If frozen in balls, thawing is not necessary and small amounts can be cooked as needed. These are good for breakfast, snacks, appetizers and bread.
