Title: Olympic Spinach Dip

Yield: 12 Servings
2 | pk | Chopped frozen spinach; |
. 10oz each, thawed & | ||
. drained | ||
1 | c | Parsley; chopped |
1/3 | c | Parmesan cheese; grated |
4 | ts | Onion; chopped |
1 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Garlic powder |
2 | ts | Pepper |
1/8 | ts | Dried thyme |
1/2 | Lemon; juiced | |
1/2 | ts | Hot pepper sauce |
Crackers for dippers |
Mix all ingredients except crackers thoroughly and chill at least 4 hours. Serve with crackers.
Makes 12 to 16 servings.
