Title: Savory Cheese & Olive Spread

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
1 | c | Jarlsberg or hickory-smoked |
. Jarlsberg cheese; finely | ||
. shredded | ||
1/2 | c | Ripe olives; finely chopped |
1/4 | c | Green onions; finely chopped |
2 | tb | Chutney; finely chopped |
1 | tb | Mayonnaise |
2 | ts | Dijon-style mustard |
In a bowl combine all six ingredients and mix well. Cover and chill 1 to 24 hours. Use as a spread on crackers or small toasts or to stuff scooped-out cherry tomatoes, celery slices, endive or spread on cucumber and zucchini slices, eggplant and carrot rounds.
