1	oz	Kahlua, creme de cacao or
		Grand Marnier
1	tb	Heavy cream
1	ts	Powered sugar
1/2	c	Double strenght ice coffee
1/3	c	Seltzer

Place the liqueur, cream, and sugar in the bottom of a tall fluted galss.

Pour the coffee, then the seltzer, into the glass.
