1/4cSugar
1/8tsSalt
1cBoiling Water
1/2cHot Milk
1/2cHalf & Half
1 1/2cHot Strong Coffee
1tsPure Vanilla Extract
1/4tsCinnamon (Ground)

Combine chocolate, sugar and salt in top half of a double boiler over simmering water. Cook, stirring, until chocolate is melted; then stir in water. Cook, stirring, 4 minutes. Add milk, half & half and coffee. Beat with a whisk or hand beater until frothy. Add vanilla and cinnamon; whisk well.
