Title: Minted (Or Mocha) Hot Cocoa Mix

Yield: 1 Servings

  3 4 1/2-inch sticks hard peppermint candy
1cPowdered nondairy coffee creamer
1cSifted powdered sugar
1/4cCocoa

Place candy in a heavy-duty, zip top plastic bag; crush candy with a mallet. Combine crushed candy and remaining ingredients. Store in an air-tight container. To serve, combine 1/4 cup cocoa mix and 3/4 cup boiling water; stir well. Yield: 2-1/4 cups mix. To make mocha-flavored hot cocoa mix, add 1/2 cup instant coffee granules.
