1/3 | c | Sugar |
1/8 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | c | Water |
16 | oz | Milk |
16 | oz | Half & Half |
1 | ts | Vanilla Extract |
| | Whipped Cream |
Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil
over medium heat; then reduce heat and simmer, stirring, 2 minutes. Stir in
milk, half & half and vanilla. Heat, stirring, until cocoa is just a the
boiling point. Garnish with whipped cream.
