16ozMilk
16ozHalf & Half
1tsVanilla Extract
  Whipped Cream

Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; then reduce heat and simmer, stirring, 2 minutes. Stir in milk, half & half and vanilla.
