Title: Hot Pineapple Nectar - Sl 1/90

1 | qt | Pineapple juice |
2 | c | Apple cider |
1 | c | Orange juice |
12 | oz | Can apricot nectar |
2 | (3-inch) sticks cinnamon; broken into pieces | |
1 | ts | Whole cloves |
4 | Whole cardamom seeds; crushed |
Combine first 4 ingredients in a Dutch oven. Tie broken cinnamon sticks, cloves, and cardamom in a cheesecloth bag; add spice bag to juice mixture, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Remove and discard spice bag before serving beverage. Yield: 2 quarts.
