12		Cloves: (whole)
1	lg	Orange
1	tb	Honey
1	md	Bottle of port
		Rind of a lemon cut into
		Strips

Pre-heat oven to 350ø

Stick the cloves into the orange and place in the pre-heated oven for 40-45- minutes. Cut orange into quarters and place in a large mixing bowl over a pan of hot water. Add the lemon rind, honey and Port.

Allow to heat slowly without coming to the boil.

Serve very hot.
