| 2 | tb | Confectioners sugar |
| 1/2 | c | Fresh or thawed frozen raspberries 1/2 cup almond flavor ins |
In small mixing bowl with electric mixer at high, beat heavy cream and
confectioners sugar until stiff. Gently fold raspberries into whipped
cream; chill until ready to use. In heatproof pitcher combine instant
coffee mix and sugar. Stir in boiling water. To serve: pour coffee mixture
evenly into 4 heatproof mugs and top with 1/4 raspberry whipped cream.
Garnish with raspberries.
