Title: French Vanilla Instant Coffee Mix

Yield: 1 Batch
| 1 | c | Instant coffee, pulverized |
| 1 | c | Dry instant coffee creamer |
| 1 | c | Powdered milk |
| 1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 1/2 | c | Nestle's Quick |
| 1/2 | c | Crushed buttermint candies |
| 1 | tb | Vanilla Extract |
| 1/2 | Vanilla bean |
Mix first five ingredients together. Slowly add the vanilla extract to the first 5 ingredients, mixing well with hands, or working through sifter (to mix the moisture evenly in the dry ingredients). Add the crushed buttermints, mix well.
Slit the 1/2 vanilla bean open lengthwise, and scrape the seeds into your above mixture, again working the seeds in with your hands, so they are well distributed. Add the 1/2 vanilla pod to above mix, store in sealed jar.
Vanilla pod can be reused later.
