1 | /3 c | Heinz 57 scauce |
| 3 T | Yellow mustard (Plochmann's) |
| 3 T | Honey |
| 1 t | Garlic powder |
1 | /2 c | Burgundy wine |
1 | /4 c | peanut oil |
| 2 T | Black pepper fresh ground |
1 | /2 t | All spice |
1 | /2 t | Ginger ground |
Heat the oil to moderate heat (not boiling) and stir in the dry
ingredients. When well mixed add the wet ingredients and mix them well.
Increse heat and slowly boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and us when
