Title: Barbequed Shrimp

5 | lb | Shrimp |
1 | Clove Garlic | |
1 1/2 | ts | Liquid Crab Boil |
2 | ts | Dry BBQ seasoning |
2 | tb | Worchestershire Sauce |
4 1/2 | Sticks Butter ( melted) Dash Tobasco | |
3/4 | ts | Red Pepper |
3 | ts | Black Pepper |
3 | tb | White Wine |
1 | sl | Lemon |
Wash and dehead (optional) the shrimp and place in a baking dish. Combine all the other ingredients, and pour over the shrimp. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees, basting the shrimp occasionally. Turn off oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with plenty of crusty French bread, for dipping into the sauce. It's messy but wonderful.
