1 | lb | Seasonal fruits,like juicy |
White or black grapes, melon | ||
Oranges, apricots etc | ||
3 | tb | Caster sugar |
1 | Mango, peeled, stoned and | |
Pureed | ||
3 | tb | Freshly squeezed orange |
Juice | ||
2 | tb | Cyprus brandy |
Prepare the fruit as necessary then thread the fruits alternately onto metal skewers and sprinkle over the sugar.
Place the pureed mango, orange juice and brandy in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and heat gently or chill if desired. Place the fruit kebabs under a moderate, preheated grill and cook for 1 minute on each side.
Serve immediately accompanied with the sauce.
