1cBrown sugar
1/2cLight cream
1cnCrushed pineapple, drained
2tbButter
1/2tsGinger
2tsVanilla
1cWalnuts, broken

Combine sugars, cream, and pineapple; cook, stirring occasionally, to soft ball stage, 236 F. Remove from heat. Add butter, ginger, and vanilla. Cool to room temperature, stirring, until lukewarm. Beat until mixture loses its gloss. Add walnut half on each. Finish cutting when firm.
