Title: Pecan Log Roll

12 | oz | Butterscotch morsels (1 pkg) |
2/3 | c | Condensed milk |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1 | c | Pecans; chopped |
Pecan halves; unbroken | ||
1 | Egg white; slightly beaten |
Melt butterscotch morsels over hot (not boiling) water. Add condensed milk and vanilla. Mix well. Add chopped pecans. Mix. Chill 1/2 hour or until partially set. Dump on waxed paper and roll into a 10-inch roll. Wrap in wax paper to hold the log shape and chill until hard. Unwrap and draw ridges lenthwise with a fork. Spread lightly with egg white and place pecans in rows.
