7 1/2 | c | Dry fondant, divided |
1/2 | c | Light corn syrup (scant) |
1/3 | c | Water plus |
1 | tb | Water |
1/2 | ts | Invertase |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
1/2 | c | Butter |

A very good and rich center, with no cooking.
In a mixing bowl, combine 3 3/4 cup dry fondant with remaining ingredients. Mix at slow speed to blend. Slowly add remaining dry fondant, mixing at slow speed until smooth. Form into 3/4-inch balls and dip. Makes about 50 centers.
For richer center, use 1 cup butter and refrigerate overnight before forming centers.
