3 | tb | Water |
2 1/2 | lb | Dry fondant |
2 1/2 | c | Marshmallow creme |
2 | dr | Invertase |
4 | c | Desiccated coconut |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
Dipping chocolate |
Little white fluffy mounds with chocolate bases.
Combine water, dry fondant, and marshmallow and beat with a mixer or by hand with a wooden spoon. Transfer to a heavy saucepan. Cook over very low heat to 120 to 125 degrees F., stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients except dipping chocolate. Blend together thoroughly. Drop from a teaspoon onto waxed paper. When firm, dip bottom half of each candy in dipping chocolate. Makes about 75 kisses.
