1 | c | Malted milk powder |
Crunchy malted centers.
In the top of a double boiler, melt chocolate coating over hot, not boiling water. Set aside. Measure malted milk powder into a small bowl. Add 5 to 6 tablespoons of the melted chocolated to the powder, or enough powder to form balls. Make into 1/2-inch balls and chill. Dip balls in remaining melted chocolate.
NOTE: To make Malted Milk Cups, do not chill malted milk mixture, but pack into small candy cups lined with firm melted chocolate. Cover and seal with melted chocolate; chill until covering chocolate is firm. Makes 20 pieces.
