Title: Tomato Salsa

Yield: 1 Servings
2 1/2 | c | Diced ripe tomatoes |
4 | oz | Can mild green chiles, drain |
1 | tb | Chopped cilantro or parsley |
1 | ts | Ground cumin |
2 | Scallions, chopped | |
1 | Or 2 jalapeno peppers, chop | |
1/2 | Juice of lemon | |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Combine the ingredients in the container of a food processor. Pulse on and off until the mixture is a coarse puree. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
