Title: Jalapeno Jappenin' (Salsa)

4 | c | Peeled tomatoes |
1 | c | Jalapeno peppers, seeded |
1/2 | c | Green bell peppers |
2 | c | White onion |
6 | tb | Garlic |
3/4 | c | Lime juice |
1/2 | ts | Dry mustard |
1/4 | ts | Oregano |
1/2 | ts | Cumin |
1/2 | ts | Chili powder |
2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | c | Cilantro, finely chop= |

Finely chop tomatoes, peppers and onions. Combine with garlic, lime juice, mustard, oregano, cumin, chili powder and salt in a heavy pot. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cilantro, return to a boil for 10 minutes. Put in jars. Cool and refrigerate.
