Title: Red New Mexican Chile Butter - Rhp

Yield: 1 Batch

1tsDried New Mexican chile; crushed (or substitute other dried
1tbGarlic; chopped
1/2lb(2 sticks) unsalted butter or margarine
  Salt
  Freshly ground black pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse a few times to get the mixture going. Then let the machine run until all the ingredients are well mixed. Note: if using make sure it is well chilled. Use butter at room temperature.
