4 | ts | Allspice |
6 | Garlic cloves, crushed | |
2 | tb | Fresh ginger |
2 | tb | Dark brown sugar |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | ts | Jalapeno, chopped |
1/4 | ts | Cayenne |
1/4 | ts | Black pepper |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/3 | c | Olive oil |
1/3 | c | Green onions, sliced |
1/2 | c | Red wine vinegar |
2 | tb | Lime juice |
Mix all ingredients. Marinade chicken (about 4 pieces) for 2 hours. Grill or broil, basting frequently.
