4tsAllspice
6 Garlic cloves, crushed
2tbFresh ginger
2tbDark brown sugar
1tsCinnamon
1tsJalapeno, chopped
1/4tsCayenne
1/4tsBlack pepper
1/2tsSalt
1/3cOlive oil
1/3cGreen onions, sliced
1/2cRed wine vinegar
2tbLime juice

Mix all ingredients. Marinade chicken (about 4 pieces) for 2 hours. Grill or broil, basting frequently.
