Yield: 1 Servings
1 | tb | Allspice |
1 | tb | Thyme |
1 1/2 | ts | Cayenne |
1 1/2 | ts | Black pepper |
1 1/2 | ts | Sage |
3/4 | ts | Nutmeg |
3/4 | ts | Cinnamon |
1 | tb | Salt |
2 | tb | Garlic powder |
1 | tb | Sugar |
Mix these together. Add: | ||
1/4 | c | Olive oil |
1/4 | c | Soy sauce |
3/4 | c | White vinegar |
1 | tb | Lime juice |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | Scotch bonnet pepper, minced | |
(serrano or jalapeno ok) | ||
1 | c | White onion, chopped |
3 | Green onions, chopped |
Marinade meat at least one hour. Grill or broil.
*even though this recipe is designed for pork, it would probably be good on chicken.
