Title: Salsa From My Mom

Yield: 4 Servings
4 | md | Tomatoes; peeled, chopped |
1/2 | c | Onion -- finely chopped |
1/2 | c | Celery -- finely chopped |
1/4 | c | Bell pepper; finely chopped |
1/4 | c | Oil |
2 | tb | Green chiles; finely chopped |
2 | tb | Red wine vinegar |
1 | ts | Mustard seed |
1 | ts | Cilantro seed -- crushed or |
Fresh cilantro leaves | ||
1 | ts | Salt |
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill, stirring occasionally. Serve with corn chips.
