Title: Pork with Cabbage Shreds

1 1/2 | lb | Pork |
1 | ts | Sugar |
1 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Sherry |
3 | tb | Oil |
1 1/2 | lb | Finely shredded cabbage |
1 | Minced garlic clove | |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
4 | tb | Soy sauce |
Cut the pork in matchlike pieces; mix with sugar, salt, sherry and 2 T Soy sauce. Let stand 10 minutes.
Heat 2 T oil in a skillet; saute' the cabbage 5 min, stirring frequently. Remove from pan. Heat the remaining oil in skillet; saute the pork and garlic 10 min, stirring frequently. Add cabbage, pepper and remainng soy sauce; cook over low heat 3 minutes.
