Title: Chocolate Honey Sauce - Glorious Liqueurs

Yield: 1 1/4 cup

8ozToblerone chocolate,
  Chopped
1/3cHeavy cream
1tbUnsalted butter
1tbHoney
2tbAmaretto

Combine chocolate, cream, butter and honey in top of double boiler until mixture is well blended.

Remove from heat; stir in amaretto. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Store sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator. It will keep up to a week. Since it thickens, reheat slowly.
