Title: Impossible Chocolate Cream Pie

1/4 | c | Margarine, softened |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | oz | Melted unsweetened chocolate |
Cooled. | ||
1 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Bisquick mix |
Heat oven to 350 F. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4". Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high 1 minute. Pour into plate. Bake until no indention remains when lightly touched in center, about 30 minutes. Cool completely. Top with sweetened whipped cream if desired.
