| 4 1/2 | c | Flour (all purpose) |
| 1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| 2 | ts | Baking soda |
| 1 1/2 | c | Brown sugar (firmly packed) |
| 2 | ts | Salt |
| 2 | ts | Vanill extract |
| 1 | c | Butter (2 sticks softened) |
| 1 | c | Shortening |
| 4 | | Eggs |
| 1 | pk | Nestle chocolate chips 12 oz |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl combine flour,baking soda and
salt. In large bowl combine butter,sugar,brown sugar and vanilla extract .
Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips
Semi-sweet. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375
degrees for 10 to 14 min..
Makes about 5 dozen 2 1/4 cookies.
