Title: Chocolate Nut Refrigerator Cookies

Yield: 10 Dozen

1 1/4	c	Butter
1 1/2	c	Powdered sugar
3	c	Sifted CAKE flour
1/2	c	Cocoa
1/4	ts	Salt
1	c	Finely chopped walnuts
2		4 oz bars sweet chocolate melted
		Chopped walnuts for topping

Cream butter; add sugar gradually; beat in egg. Blend in flour, cocoa and salt, chill several hours.

Shape dough into 4 rolls 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

Roll shaped dough in one cup chopped walnuts.

Wrap each roll in waxed paper; chill over night.

Cut into 1/8 inch slices.

Place on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake in preheated 375 degrees for about 8 minutes.

Cool; frost with melted chocolate, sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
