Title: Sour Cream (WW 1970)

Yield: 2 Cups
2/3 | c | Cottage cheese |
1/4 | ts | Salt (optional) |
1 | ts | Lemon juice |
1/4 | c | Buttermilk* |
OR Water |
*If you use buttermilk, count in day's allotment.
Put all ingredients into blender and blend until free from all lumps.
If necessary, use a rubber spatula to turn cheese from sides of container into center where blades can get to it.
Makes about two cups.
Use slightly less or more water or buttermilk depending on desired thickness.
Use with blueberries, strawberries, peaches, etc.
