Title: Sour-Cream Baked Noodles - Ff

1/4 | lb | Noodles, 1/4-inch wide or wider; cooked |
1 | c | Cottage cheese |
1 | c | Sour cream |
1 | Egg; slightly beaten | |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Freshly ground pepper |
4 | tb | Butter; melted |
MIX'N'MATCH VARIATIONS | ||
1/4 | c | Onion; chopped |
1/4 | c | Green pepper; chopped |
1/2 | c | Celery; chopped |
1 | c | Mushrooms; sliced |
1 | c | Tuna; well-drained and flaked |
1 1/2 | c | Diced cooked poultry |
Preheat the oven to 375F. Butter a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. [Cook noodles according to package directions.] Put the cooked noodles into a bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients. Put into the casserole dish and bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until bubbling and set.
