Title: Sour-Cream Baked Noodles - Ff

1/4lbNoodles, 1/4-inch wide or wider; cooked
1cCottage cheese
1cSour cream
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1/2tsSalt
1/8tsFreshly ground pepper
4tbButter; melted
MIX'N'MATCH VARIATIONS
1/4cOnion; chopped
1/4cGreen pepper; chopped
1/2cCelery; chopped
1cMushrooms; sliced
1cTuna; well-drained and flaked
1 1/2cDiced cooked poultry

Preheat the oven to 375F. Butter a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. [Cook noodles according to package directions.] Put the cooked noodles into a bowl and toss with the remaining ingredients. Put into the casserole dish and bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until bubbling and set.
