Reliquefy dry milk powder as directed. Add 1/2 cup of fresh buttermilk per quart as a starter. Let stand at room temperature until clabbered (overnight). Thoroughly chill, then stir until smooth and serve. Save some of the buttermilk from each batch as a starter for the next.
