Moisten a round mould (moule … manqu‚) with cold water and line the base with non stick paper. Put the cheeses together in the bowl of a food processer and work them together intil smooth. Add the ground walnuts and finely chopped basil. Fill the mould with this mixture, smooth the top and chill for at least 3 hours in a refrigerator. Just before serving, loosen the edges with a thin bladed knife and turn out before carefully removing the baking paper. Chill until ready to serve well chilled and garnished with lettuce leaves and basil.
