Title: Maca-Burger Casserole

2 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | md | Onion; chopped |
1 | Clove garlic; crushed | |
4 | ts | Salt |
1 1/2 | ts | Pepper |
2 | tb | Chili powder |
1/2 | ts | Oregano |
2 | lb | Canned tomatoes |
8 | oz | Can tomato sauce |
1 1/2 | c | Water |
2 | c | Uncooked elbow macaroni |
Brown meat in frypan with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, chili powder, and oregano. Drain grease.
Pour water, tomatoes, and tomato sauce in crockpot. Stir in meat mixture. Cover and cook at 300 degrees F for 4 hours. Stir in uncooked macaroni. Cover and cook until macaroni is tender; about 1 hour.
