Title: "Home Made" Potato Soup

Yield: 1 Servings

6 Potatoes, peeled and cut
1tbParsley flakes into bite-size pieces
5cWater
2 Leeks, washed and cut into bite-size pieces (optional
1tbSalt Pepper
2 Onions, chopped
1/3cButter 1 carrot, pared and sliced
1 13-ounce can evaporated milk
1 Stalk celery, sliced
4 Chicken bouillon cubes Chopped chives

Put all ingredients except evaporated milk and chives in CROCK-POT. Cover and cook on Low 10 to 12 hours ( High: 3 to 4 hours).

Stir in evaporated milk during last hour. If desired, mash some of the potatoes with masher before serving.
