Title: Roast Beef with Horseradish Sauce

3 | lb | Beef eye or round roast |
1/2 | ts | Dried marjoram |
1/4 | ts | Dried thyme |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1/8 | ts | Garlic powder |
HORSERADISH SAUCE | ||
8 | oz | Reduced fat sour cream |
1/2 | c | Fat free mayonnaise |
1 | tb | Prepared horseradish |
1 | ts | Beef bouillon granules |
1 | Clove garlic,pressed |
This recipe is for a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.
Trim fat from roast. Combine seasonings in a small bowl and rub mixture over entire surface of roast, place in slow cooker. Cover and cook on HIGH 4 to 5 hours or on LOW 8 to 10 hours. Let stand 15 minutes. Cut diagonally across grain into thin slices. Serve with Horseradish Sauce.
Horseradish Sauce - combine all ingredients, cover and chill. Makes 1 1/2 cups of sauce.
