Title: Quick Apple Sauce

4 | sm | Apples peeled |
1/3 | c | Water |
Cinnamon or nutmet to taste |
Wash and slice applies into a 2 quart glass casserole dish. Add water and cover. Cook 5-7 minutes until fruit is soft cooked but not mush. Stir in seasonings. Let rest 5 minutes before eating. Delicious warm or cold.
